Terms of Service for Gift of Marriage Institute, LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms -By accessing or utilizing the services provided by Gift of Marriage Institute, LLC (hereafter referred to as "the Institute"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered - The Institute offers a variety of services, including but not limited to:

• Assessments

• Coaching

• Seminars

• Retreats

3. Service Selection and Payment - Clients may select from the services offered by the Institute. All services are subject to designated costs. Payment in full is required prior to the rendering of any services. Pricing details for each service will be provided during the consultation or registration process.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, seminar, or retreat to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. The Institute reserves the right to cancel any service at its discretion. In the event of an Institute cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

5. No Guarantees - While the Institute strives to provide valuable services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our assessments, coaching sessions, seminars, or retreats. Individual results may vary based on personal commitment and circumstances.

6. Confidentiality - All client information and interactions with the Institute will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with applicable laws. However, please be aware that there may be exceptions to confidentiality, such as risk of harm to oneself or others.

7. Liability Disclaimer - The Institute shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or inability to use our services. By participating in any service, you agree to assume all risks associated with that service.

8. Amendments to Terms - The Institute reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through direct contact with clients. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law - These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Institute operates.
